CEM-COAT: SKIM COAT BASE 380 GREY / WHITE

SKIM COAT BASE is a prepacked mix formulated with selected fine fillers, cement and chemical additives.

SKIM COAT BASE provides a high quality and good adhesion performance to receive fine finishing on ceiling and wall or any concrete surfaces.

SKIM COAT BASE requires only adding water and through mixing at site.

Highly recommended for interior or exterior application on:

• Concrete and precast surfaces Rendered surfaces
• Lightweight concrete walls and panels
• External and internal walls

How to use?

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces should be free of loose particles, dust, dirt, oil, grease and other contaminations. Wet surfaces before laying.

MIXING

Slowly add powder into a pail with water and mix with a slow speed hand-held electric stirrer or drum mixer. Mix for 4 minutes until a desired consistent workability is achieved. Mix should be lump free. Do not add water to unused skim coat mix.

APPLICATION

Recommended thickness for each application is between 2-3mm. Allow for sufficient curing time before applying subsequent coat.
