CEM-MIX: WALL & FLOOR TILE ADHESIVE (C2 & C2 TE)

CEM MIX TILE ADHENSIVE is a prepacked mix formulated with selected silica sand

cement and chemical additives.

CEM MIX TILE ADHENSIVE provides a high quality and strong adhesive for tiling on concrete substrate & cement rendered surface. It is suitable for mosaics, marble, granite, ceramics & homogeneous tiles.

CEM MIX TILE ADHENSIVE requires only adding water and through mixing at site.

Highly recommended for interior or exterior application as a thick bed mortar for laying of :

• Concrete and precast surface
• Rendered surfaces
• Lightweight concrete walls and panels

How to use?

SURFACE PREPARATION

All concrete should be free of loose particles, dust, dirt, oil, grease and other contaminations. Wet surfaces if necessary before laying.

APPLICATION

Recommended thickness is between 1-5mm. Notched trowel is recommended to ensure good bond and reduce wastage.

MIXING

Slowly add powder into a pail with water and mix with a slow speed hand-held electric stirrer or drum mixer. Mix for 4-5 minutes until a desired consistent workability is achieved. Mix should be lump free. Do not add water to unused mix.
