Background/Problem:	The water tank for the entire Taman Mutiara Perdana housing area, owned by SAJ, required enhanced security. Ensuring the area was safe from intruders was crucial to protect residents and maintain safety.
Solution:	Kimmu recommended the Anti-Climb Fencing, which features a mesh designed to discourage cutting and climbing. The framework supports a comprehensive security platform. The tightly spaced welded steel wire prevents hand or footholds, and cutting implements cannot fit into the minimal mesh spaces.
Results:	SAJ agreed to install Kimmu’s Anti-Climb Fencing to enhance safety and prevent hazards. This fencing solution secures the water tank area, ensuring the safety of residents and providing peace of mind.
